Formally educated as a graphic designer, Ms. Hubbard has evolved into a painter whose acrylic and mixed-media works are simply a celebration of color. Her paintings have a life and energy that generate a connection with the viewer, creating a link between the art, the viewer and the painter. Working in a colorful palette of vibrant colors using a combination of latex house paint and artist grade paints, she builds layers of paint to create a wonderfully textured visually intricate surface.
